Owner Jason Donahue has 16+ years of continual residential property management experience. Together with my wife Alea, we own and operate Yorkie Acres Farm, a family run agri-tourism farm with AirBNB loding, rustic barn event rental and Herbal Earth Apothecary & Gardens, our retail farm business. I am also an AASI certified snowboard instructor @ Wisp Resort in McHenry, MD with 18+ years experience. 

I am able to lean on my experience to provide complete property management services, business / farm consulting and project management. We provide turn-key services, from minor home projects, DIY, transient rental management including marketing and turnover services.
